APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same day cancellations will be charged for 100% of the services booked. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If for any reason this doesn't work, please contact Paradise directly to cancel.

NO SHOWS

Please do your best to notify us in advance that you are unable to show up for your appointment. No shows result in a 100% charge of services you were booked for.

LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?

If running late, please give us a call or text at Paradise. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Please note that when you are late, you will be charged for any and all services that were booked, even if the time was reduced.

REFUNDS
​
Refunds will be administered in the case that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance via the payment that it was received.
