APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same day cancellations will be charged for 100% of the services booked. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. If for any reason this doesn't work, please WhatsApp +491751475419 or email connect@lightofparadise.com to cancel.
NO SHOWS
Please do your best to notify us in advance that you are unable to show up for your appointment. No shows result in a 100% charge of services you were booked for.
LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?
If running late, please give us a WhatsApp +491751475419. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Please note that when you are late, you will be charged for any and all services that were booked, even if the time was reduced.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Session packages are offered, tailored to your needs and outcomes. Paid in one installment upfront to secure your spot in the calendar and rate. If installment options (when offered) are agreed upon, installments are due by calendar month and not tied to session usage.
REFUNDS
While rescheduling with at least 24 hours' advance notice is permitted. Sessions are non-refundable. Self-mastery packages are non-refundable once the self-mastery program and sessions commence. Because coaching packages include reserved calendar availability, coaching support, communication access, educational resources, and access to provider's time, expertise and services, refunds are not provided after services have begun, including unused sessions, partial participation, client-elected pauses,or installment payment arrangements. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours advance notice is permitted in accordance with the scheduling policy.
